1. I’m a complete beginner. Can I join these classes?

Absolutely! All our services — Yoga, Pilates, Pranayama, and Strength Training — are beginner-friendly. We offer modifications so you can work at your own pace and comfort level.

Not at all. Flexibility and fitness are results of regular practice, not a requirement to begin. Come as you are we’ll help you progress safely.

For Yoga and Pilates, bring a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and water. For Strength Training, wear supportive shoes and bring a small towel. We provide props for Pranayama, but you’re welcome to bring your own cushion.

For best results, aim for 2–4 classes a week. You can mix and match the services depending on your goals — for example, Yoga + Strength Training or Pilates + Pranayama.
