At Deha Flow, we believe movement is more than exercise; it’s a journey back to yourself.
Deha means “body” in Sanskrit, and Flow is the graceful rhythm of breath, movement, and awareness. Together, they create a space where body, mind, and spirit move as one.

About Me

I am a Fitness & Yoga Professional with over 15 years of experience, dedicated to helping individuals improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and overall well-being.

My journey has been rooted in both traditional yoga practices and modern fitness science, allowing me to create programs that are not only effective but also safe, sustainable, and deeply transformative.

Over the years, I have worked with diverse communities across wellness centers in North Carolina, guiding individuals through yoga, Pilates, functional fitness, and recovery-focused practices. My approach goes beyond just physical exercise—I focus on helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with more awareness.

My Approach

At Deha Flow, I believe that true wellness comes from the connection between body, breath, and mind.

My teaching focuses on:

Correct posture and alignment to prevent injury

Breathwork (Pranayama) to calm the mind and improve energy

Functional strength and mobility for everyday movement

Mindful flow and awareness rather than just intensity

Recovery and relaxation, including sound healing

Every session is designed to help you build strength without strain, flexibility without force, and discipline without stress.
