I started focusing on fitness when I retired a few years ago. My long list of “deferred maintenance” after decades of not so good work-life balance included strength, flexibility, cardio, balance. Lucky for me, Vandana’s varied instruction covers all the bases: Yoga, Pilates, Calisthenics, Pranayama, more. Since working (hard😅) with her, I feel like I’m in good enough shape now to really make the most of my retirement. ❤️
